MP Maison currently sells and ships to customers in Australia and New Zealand.
We use Australia Post for most orders. For large, fragile, bulky, valuable or specialised products, we may need to arrange a custom shipping and insurance quote using a suitable courier or freight provider.
Delivery costs, methods and availability may vary depending on the product, destination, order size and shipping provider.
Some larger or more delicate items, such as original paintings, oversized decorative pieces or fragile specialty products, require a personalised shipping and insurance quote before purchase.
For these products, the standard add-to-cart option may be replaced with a quote request form, allowing us to confirm the safest and most suitable delivery method based on the item’s size, value and destination.
MP Maison will take reasonable care when packing orders and arranging delivery.
Risk in the products passes to you once the products are delivered to the delivery address provided with your order, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. MP Maison is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
